We are seeking ONE experienced and innovative English language teacher to join our project team. In this role, you will leverage your pedagogical expertise to design and develop engaging online learning materials for English language learners. Key Responsibilities:
Actively participate in project meetings, brainstorming sessions, and team training.
Proactively seek and integrate feedback from subject matter experts and peers to continuously improve content quality.
Collaborate with teammates to support project goals and adapt to emerging needs.
Design and develop high- quality e- learning content, including interactive activities, assessments, and storyboards with strict adherence to project specifications.
Create learning materials for both synchronous (live) and asynchronous (self- paced) online environments.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Teaching Experience: A minimum of two years of English language teaching experience, with a strong preference for candidates holding a CELTA or equivalent qualification.
SLA: Effective understanding of communicative language teaching and contemporary educational methodologies.
Pedagogical Expertise: Proven experience teaching productive and receptive skills in face- to- face and online setting.
English Proficiency: Near- native proficiency (equivalent to TOEFL 110+ or IELTS 7.5+ in Speaking & Writing).
Materials Development: Demonstrated experience creating educational materials for online learning environments.

Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit, with a reflective and self- motivated approach to work.
E- Learning Tools: Foundational knowledge of instructional design principles and familiarity with e- learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle.
Organization: Strong organizational and time- management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
