KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Online advertising onsite (Shopee, Tiktok, Lazada) & offsite (Website)
Set goals, plan, and implement digital activities (SEO, SEM, run ads, manage digital marketing channels...) on channels such as Google, Facebook, and Tiktok, Zalo to Website D2C, E- commerce platform Shopee, Tiktok & Lazada onsite ads.
Run and manage advertising campaigns on digital channels such as: Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Tiktok Ads, Shopee Ads.
Propose estimated budget and effectively allocate monthly/yearly budget for Digital Marketing activities to ensure business goals
Deploy reports on digital performance and propose solutions to maintain and ensure digital performance.
SEO & Content Marketing
Create Ad Content, Create attractive advertising content, coordinate with content team for effective implementation.
Manage and optimize website SEO, Conduct keyword research, technical SEO audits, and link- building strategies to improve improve search rankings and increase traffic..
Take advantage of available social channels to drive free traffic to ours Website
Collaborate with designers and team members to take product photos and shoot videos, posting on social channels Tiktok, Facebook, Youtube, Zalo Videos… and E- commerce platform
Report and market, competitor research
Analyze market and content marketing trends to improve and optimize performance
Researching, collecting, making report as required (competitor statistics, market statistics, products ...)
Utilize Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Adveronix and other tools for tracking and reporting.
Monitor and make report competitor&039;s marketing activities monthly
KOL/KOC/Affiliate channels management
Support KOL content production: provide information & images, monitor video and photo shooting, feedback content
Managing and expanding Zalo and Facebook community groups.
Monitor livestream schedule and support setting up programs related to livestream sessions
Video/ Livestream collaboration with KOL/KOC, Find and build a suitable KOL/KOC network for the product category on social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Youtube, …

Develop a job goals
Always have clear work goals, be proactive and creative in work, and always give opinions and optimal solutions for work development
Make sure to fulfill the target by direct management: ROAS Ads, Affiliate PFM, Content Quality, Views, Traffic, CPC, CTR, CPM, CPA, and other performance indicators (Detailed will be updated)
Other jobs
Report and send weekly work plan to direct management
Be obliged to report to the direct management any problems arising outside of the scope of expertise
Willing to arrange work to follow and optimize/execute the big campaign/ event online performance as scheduled (evening and weekend)
Coordinate with specialized departments to handle arising issues related to the scope of work in charge
