Job Summary:
The E- commerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing and driving the company&039;s online sales and digital presence. They will develop and implement e- commerce strategies, manage online platforms, and optimize the user experience to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: E- commerce Strategy and Planning:
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Develop and execute a comprehensive e- commerce strategy aligned with the company&039;s overall goals and objectives.
Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion in the e- commerce space.
Online Store Management:
Manage the company&039;s online store(s) and ensure a user- friendly, visually appealing, and responsive online shopping experience.
Implement effective inventory management strategies to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
Monitor product listings, prices, and descriptions to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Digital Marketing Integration:
Utilize various digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, and paid advertising to promote products and increase brand visibility.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Sales and Revenue Optimization:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to online sales, conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Implement pricing strategies, discounts, and promotions to drive sales and revenue growth.
User Experience Enhancement:
Implement personalization strategies to tailor the online shopping experience to individual customer preferences.
Continuously improve the user experience on the e- commerce platform by optimizing navigation, search functionality, and checkout processes.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the supply chain and operations teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment, shipping, and returns processes.
Coordinate with the customer service team to address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues related to online purchases.
Collaborate with the Tech team to ensure the e- commerce platform is technically sound, secure, and well- maintained.
Be the leader of Ecommerce team and ensure the KPI of all functional teams.
Analytics and Reporting:
Generate regular reports on e- commerce performance, highlighting key metrics, trends, and insights.
Use data- driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to the e- commerce strategy.
