Key Responsibilities
We’re looking for a dynamic E- Commerce Sales Manager to lead our hotel group’s online distribution and digital sales performance.

This role requires a strategic, data- driven professional who understands hotel e- commerce systems and knows how to turn insights into measurable business results.
You’ll manage all OTA platforms, direct booking websites, and digital campaigns to maximize revenue, visibility, and conversion.
● Develop strategic plans to onboard new hotels and boost their OTA ranking and visibility.
● Training the e commerce team and growing the team
● Analyze user behavior, booking flow, and digital campaign results to identify improvement areas.
● Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams on dynamic pricing and distribution planning.
● Develop and execute the hotel’s e- commerce and online distribution strategy.
● Build and maintain strong partnerships with OTA market managers and digital partners.
● Manage and optimize OTA channels (Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Trip.com, etc.) to ensure rate parity, accuracy, and competitiveness.
● Monitor booking performance and market trends to adjust pricing and promotions when needed.
● Maintain and update hotel content, images, and availability across all online platforms, including the brand website.
● Prepare regular performance reports (competitor set, traffic, conversion, ADR, revenue share by channel).
● Oversee hotel website content and SEO to enhance brand presence and direct bookings.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills.
Detail- oriented and results- focused, with a data- driven mindset.
Solid knowledge of OTA extranets, channel managers, and booking engines.
3–5 years of experience in hotel e- commerce or digital marketing, preferably with 4–5 star hotels.
