E-COMMERCE DESIGN SPECIALIST

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
E- commerce Design Materials
Create website banners and other online communication materials.
Design banners, product images, and Key Visuals for campaigns.
Optimize visuals according to platform requirements (E- commerce & Social Media).
Design landing pages, PDP (Product Detail Page), and A+ content.
Video Production & Editing
Shoot and edit short- form videos (unboxing, product experience, social content).
Edit videos from available materials for E- commerce and social channels.
Develop ideas and storyboards for product review, advertising, and introduction videos.
Participate in on- camera performance when required.
Brand Compliance & Asset Management
Properly archive and secure all editable design files in an organized system
Study and stay updated with Brand Guidelines from headquarters.
Ensure all design materials strictly follow brand identity standards.
Other jobs
Coordinate with specialized departments to handle arising issues related to the scope of work in charge
Report and send weekly work plan to direct management
Be obliged to report to the direct management any problems arising outside of the scope of expertise
Other jobs at the request of direct management
REQUIREMENTS
- Creative mindset with strong aesthetic sense.
- Strong teamwork spirit.
- At least 2- 3 years working in graphic design
- Good understanding of E- commerce and Social Media platform design standards.
- Photography and video shooting skills are an advantage.
- Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, generate creative concepts, optimize visual content, and streamline design workflows.
- College or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Experience with Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci is a plus.
- Strong layout skills for PDP and E- commerce visual content.
- Experience or knowledge of the electronics industry is a plus
- Basic English communication
- Able to work under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with AI- powered design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, AI background removal, AI video tools, etc.) is a strong advantage.
- Responsible and proactive.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
