Yes4All is one of the leading brands for home sporting goods & furniture in the e- commerce market. JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Sales executions

Coordinate and work with other departments (Supply Chain, R&D,…) for smooth running of sales operation
Conduct, execute the business plan to achieve the sales target and prepare sales forecast for each product in all sales channel
Listing and content quality management and improvement as a tool to improve sales efficiency
Track and analysis the market information & competitor dynamics to provide the necessary tactics
Perform inventory & sales channel management. Understand product‘s positioning and important metrics in comparison with market and competitors
Perform pricing and develop promotional campaign to generate sales.
Coordinate with SEM/ Marketing team to implement marketing campaign, optimize impression, and regulate marketing budget

Sales team management

Manage the team of sales executive on daily operations, be responsible for overall performance of the whole category/ sub- category
Build the and improve the input and output metrics (ranking, glance view, conversion rate, revenue, stock turnover, P&L...) of sales performance
Train, develop team through continuous improvement of strategy, tactics and executions

Portfolio Management and Development

Understand the product pricing and costing and how pricing strategy can effect the portfolio and product positioning
Build deep understanding of market and competition landscape, product P&L, product strength and weakness, product positioning in the portfolio to decide the strategy and tactics for bigger market share and profit
Conduct market research, initiate & propose new product ideas, identify new market to enter and occupy market share and responsible for developing & executing launching plan.
Continuously update above understanding and planning to react with changes

Report and Deep dive Analysis

Consult higher management level on improvement in process, system, measurement using data and research
Working with DA/ BI team to prepare sales report & analysis (result- oriented) by week, month and quarter.

Business expansion/ Project management

Lead or participate as key member of business expansion projects: new channel, new countries (JP, EU5, UK, CA, MX...), new services...
Lead or participate as key member of business improvement project: automations, new process, new tools...

Yêu cầu công việc

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

Must be team- oriented and self- motivated.
Knowledge about the US or international market
Working experience in e- commerce/ retail or FMCG category management
Good English is a must
Great sense of integrity, responsibility and urgency. Can work under tight pressure
Project management skill
Strong leadership skill with willing to serve. We are looking for people with a strong sense of purpose.
Proficient in Microsoft Office. Advanced analytics tool/knowledge is preferable
Experience in Digital/ Performance Marketing
At least 2 years’ experience in a management role in E- commerce or category management of retails/ FMCG company
Have logical thinking and strong problem- solving skills. Quick learner and adapter
