Driver Support Specialist

Ensure compliance of SOPs
Identify training needs for drivers (e.g. new apps, frequent errors, new processes,etc.)
Be responsible for drivers’ quality and performance
Continuously improve processes and apps/features to support drivers
Execute projects to improve drivers’ performance and well- being at work
Reconcile, check evidence and finalize performance, i.e. KPI on- time, penaltiesto support C&B
Prepare reports/analyses of driver feedback and performance
In collaboration with Operation teams to understand root causes for drivers&039; poorperformance and solutions
Conduct frequent check- ups with drivers for feedbacks

College graduate
Tasking management: Intermediate
Experienced in SOP Design/Optimization is a big plus
English Comprehension skill: Intermediate
Excel/Reporting & Analytical tools: Intermediate
Analytical mindset: Intermediate
Problem- solving: Intermediate
Experienced in the industry: min 1 year (developing and building the qualityassessment regulations, QA/QC the Rider/Driver’s quality management.)
Collaboration skill: Excellent
Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools.
