[District 7] Korean Desk - Retail Customer Service Officer

• Track, record, report, and store transactional information and special requests
• Provide a high level of customer service, offering answers and assistance with a smile
• Identify customer needs, provide information on new products and services to capitalize on the business referral opportunities
• Serve customers by managing documents, information, and financial transactions in an organized, efficient, and secure manner
• Work with other customer service officers as a team to complete daily tasks while demonstrating respect and professionalism, being, and supporting management as needed
• Meet and exceed bank service standards, greeting and acknowledging each customer to make them feel welcome, while complying with bank procedures and security protocols
• Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned.
• Process transactions for customers including but not limited to cashier, deposits, withdrawals, remittance, card/loan payments, opening and closing of accounts/card, e- banking service.
