Role Description
This is a full- time on- site role for a Director of Sales Marketing. The Director of Sales Marketing will be responsible for managing sales operations, customer service, team management, business development, and achieving sales targets. The Director of Sales Marketing will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth for the resort.
Qualifications

Sales, Business Development, and Sales Operations skills
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer Service and Team Management skills
Knowledge of the hospitality industry
Strong leadership and management skills
