Lead proactive sales efforts in the luxury hospitality sector, aligning with the Six Senses brand identity, wellness, and sustainability values.
Serve as the key contact for all premium partners and support seamless collaboration with operations and marketing teams.
Ensure high standards of communication and guest engagement across all touchpoints.
Maintain strong market intelligence and competitor awareness in the luxury segment.
Represent the resort at trade shows, roadshows, and familiarization trips, both locally and internationally.
Develop and grow key business from luxury travel markets, including private banks, corporate accounts, MICE groups, and wedding planners.
Execute strategic sales plans to drive high- end group business (weddings, incentives, buyouts).
Yêu cầu công việc
Established network of upscale travel agencies, destination management companies (DMCs), and high- end clientele.
Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated success in luxury resort sales, with regional or international market exposure.
Proficient in CRM platforms, proposal development, and delivering tailored guest experiences.
Highly professional, well- presented, and consistently guest- focused in approach.
Bachelor&039;s degree is required
