Director of Sales and Marketing

- Works closely with the General Manager to determine appropriate sales strategies in all market segments towards maximizing the hotel revenues.
- Emphasize the importance of strategic leadership, Creating and implementing Strategy for Competitive Advantage
- Oversee the interviewing, hiring and training of sales and marketing employees
- Conducts competitive analysis, identify top competitors and compare competitor content to assess the strategic impact of the moves of competitors to produce results useful in taking appropriate business decisions
- Proactively position the hotel as a strategic business leader in Vung Tau
- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy, prepare sales forecasting and budgets, pricing strategies and closing key contracts with all segments of the business cycle
- Provide coaching and counseling to sales and marketing staff to aid them in achieving job expectations / Monitor and evaluate the activities/performance of sales teams to extend advice and recommendations for better output.
- Must have high- level business knowledge of all aspects hotel sales & marketing
- Ensure that all sales related activities support customer satisfaction, retention and new business development goals.

- Must have a minimum of two year&039;s experience managing a hotels sales team in a similar position such as DOSM or ADOS in Hotel industry
- And Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and online recruiting resources. Pre- opening experience would be an advantage
- Well- connected ADOS or DOS with City experience from HCMC with a minimum of two year experience in managing similar responsibilities for 4* & 5* hotels and resorts.
- 3+ years of developing and leading high performance sales teams and achieving sales goals.
- 7+ years of progressive sales and marketing experience in the Hotel sales and marketing
- Bachelor&039;s degree or Master&039;s Degree education.
