Director of Operations (HN/HCMC)

With nearly two decades of experience, we empower organizations across retail, manufacturing, distribution, and professional services to transform digitally through Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
We are now seeking a Director of Operations to drive operational excellence, scale our service delivery and partner closely with the CEO to execute growth strategies across NaviWorld Vietnam’s practice.
Key Responsibilities
• Daily Operations: Lead day‑to‑day operations, ensuring efficient delivery of client projects. Develop and implement operational policies, processes and KPIs to optimise performance and profitability
• Financial Management: Own P&L, budgeting and forecasting; partner with Finance to monitor margins, cash‑flow and ROI on strategic investments.
• Strategic Planning & Growth: Drive the 3‑year business roadmap, align service‑line resources (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, Data & AI) and identify new market opportunities. Report operational metrics and progress to the executive team and Board of Directors
• Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with Microsoft, global NaviWorld hubs, key clients and regulators; chair monthly steering committees and executive reviews. Monitor risk and compliance, driving internal audits and quality assurance across all engagements
• Service Delivery Excellence: Ensure consistent, on‑time, on‑budget delivery through robust risk management, UAT sign‑off processes and continuous‑improvement initiatives. Partner with Sales and Delivery to align resources with project demand and ensure exceptional client satisfaction
• Talent & Culture: Build and mentor a high‑performing leadership team; cultivate a client‑centric culture with clear career paths and professional‑development support.
