Director of Marketing Communications

As Director of Marketing Communications, we rely on you to:
Oversee and protect brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels in logo usage, brand tone, visuals and written communications.
Develop and implement integrated marketing and communication strategies aligned with the resort’s business goals and brand direction.
Manage the marketing budget and optimize advertising spend to maximize ROI and overall marketing efficiency.
Recruit, mentor, and lead the Marketing & Communications team to deliver innovative, creative, and results- driven campaigns
Lead the digital marketing and content strategy across the resort’s official website and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Foster partnerships with key strategic partners, local communities and relevant organizations to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, PR agencies, influencers, travel bloggers and tourism associations.

We are looking for someone who:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of senior management experience in Marketing/PR, preferably within the luxury hospitality, resort, or tourism industry.
Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and project management skills.
In- depth knowledge of digital marketing, brand management, PR and content strategy.
Excellent communication skills in English (Vietnamese proficiency is a plus).
Established media network and good relationships with press, influencers,
and travel partners are advantageous
