Ensures that all staff are updated on any corporate developments or communications through the use of different channels such as Staff Newsletters, notice boards, posters, signs, daily briefings and team meetings.
Advise Executive Committee and the General Manager on Human Resources issues including employee and industrial relations matters.
Administers and controls the PAF, probation and annual performance review process.
Ensures job descriptions and person specifications are developed and updated on a regular basis for all positions.
Co- ordinates all management planning in conjunction with Centara Hotels and Resorts Area system.
Liaises with Managers, Department Heads and Payroll ensuring all paperwork is processed correctly and on time.
Maintains computerized applicant registers and files. Assists with categorizing applications and the processing of standard correspondence.
Oversees and assists with the production of end of period HR reports.
Prepares budget information on employee relations, training and all salary and wage requirements.
Receives inquiries from staff and provides assistance, counselling and advice where necessary.
Controls and administers internal and external vacancy processes, including the preparation and drafting of advertisements.
Conducts various staff activities including "all staff meetings" on a regular basis, together with manager&039;s outings
Ensure the Safety program, such as safety meetings and safety training, is observed, maintained and enforced.
Monitors salary and wage administration including the conducting of salary surveys on a regular basis to determine the position of the company in the market place.
Produces end of period reports for new recruits, terminations, resignations and overall turnover of staff, with analysis and rationale.
Oversees the recruitment of all new staff and personally interviews all candidates for Department Head, Management, Supervisory and section head level roles. Has an up to date awareness and knowledge of current labor market trends and the sourcing of potential candidates.
Develops and delivers training programs as and when required and assists all Managers in training requirements for their departments.
Implements and maintains all Human Resources Policies relating to recruitment, promotions, transfers, personnel administration, industrial and employee relations.
Administers the Staff Opinion Survey and assists in addressing any issues/concerns highlighted.

Ability to assemble, analyze, understand integrated spreadsheets.
Proficiency in payroll and HR systems (Cadena)
Prioritization skills necessary to meet deadlines.
Must be familiar and knowledgeable of Vietnam legislation and processes.
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in Vietnamese and English.
Effective management skill to run the HR department and develop HR team.
Human Resources certification.
Human Resources Experience in Hospitality operations. Experience in large operation preferred.
