Digital Transformation Support Intern

The Intern will assist in bridging the gap between the Technical Team and various departments (Procurement, Finance, KAM, Logistics). This role focuses on supporting project delivery through rigorous UAT coordination, comprehensive documentation, and proactive data preparation.

Support requirement gathering by attending meetings with stakeholders to assist in identifying business pain points and drafting "User Stories."
Prepare project- related documents and assist in cleaning/organizing data for system uploads.
Support project coordination by monitoring project timelines, scheduling meetings, and updating milestone trackers to support PMO activities.
Assist in testing and rollout by coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions and providing basic technical support to end- users during system Go- live.

Must have good academic records, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
Final- year student or fresh graduate in Information Systems, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or relevant field.
Must have knowledge of technology tools and digitalization.
Must be aspirational, have good aptitude, be a team player, and possess a "Can Do" spirit.
Working location: Tien Nga, with shuttle bus service from Ho Chi Minh City to Factories.
Must be fluent in both written and spoken English.
