ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a visionary and hands- on Program Director to lead and scale a national and international portfolio of AI & Digital Transformation training programs. This role sits at the intersection of technology, education, and innovation policy—with real impact across government, corporate, and academic sectors.
This role is part of a fast- growing education and innovation ecosystem, with strong government collaboration and ambitious mandates for digital talent development across Vietnam and the broader region.
The successful candidate will drive the strategic development, design, and delivery of industry- leading education initiatives that empower professionals, civil servants, and institutions to thrive in the AI- powered future.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
Strategic Program Development
Champion product innovation, incorporating AI Agents, data analytics, and frontier technologies.
Design and refine a national- level strategy for AI & Digital Transformation training across key audiences: executives, mid- level managers, operations teams, and community learners.
Align program vision with government policy, national digital initiatives, and global technology trends.
Curriculum & Content Development & Management
Oversee curriculum design and development of modular learning journeys in AI, data, and digital transformation.
Work with international and domestic experts to ensure content is world- class and industry- relevant.
Drive the integration of e- learning platforms, LMS systems, and AI- powered adaptive learning technologies.
Program Operations & Delivery
Lead delivery of training projects in hybrid (online/offline) formats to enterprises and government entities.
Build and manage a network of instructors, facilitators, training partners, and technology vendors.
Monitor training effectiveness via KPIs and lead continuous program improvement initiatives.
Partnerships & Market Development
Lead or contribute to government- sponsored and donor- funded capacity- building programs.
Represent the institution in industry forums, conferences, and policy dialogue on digital talent.
Build strategic partnerships with universities, research institutions, industry bodies, and development organizations.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education & Expertise
Bachelor&039;s or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Education Management, or related fields.
Strong working knowledge of AI, data analytics, and digital transformation technologies and frameworks.
Experience
Minimum 5–7 years of experience leading education or digital transformation programs in tech enterprises, consulting firms, universities, or international NGOs.
Prior experience working with or supporting government digital upskilling, tech workforce development, or multilateral education projects is highly valued.
Skills & Qualities
Strategic thinker with hands- on project management ability.
Fluent in English (and Vietnamese is a plus), with excellent communication and presentation skills.
