The Digital Product Specialist acts as the regional product manager for ASPAC Performance Unit, ensuring the deployment, performance, and evolution of digital products across internal systems and customer- facing platforms. This role bridges global product teams and local market needs, driving digital transformation and business growth through user- centric solution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend weekly product reviews (WPRs) with Technology cross functional teams to celebrate feature launches, surface risks and blockers early to drive resolution or escalation as needed.
• Attend regular stand ups with the delivery squad to ensure alignment, priorities the backlog, unblock the team, and maintain momentum toward product goals.
• Be Accountable of user experience including UI/UX & wireframe design co- working with designer.
• Identify and articulate business value, maintain reasonable ROI of digital investment of new user stories.
• Creation of Financial Memorandum’s including cost and benefit analysis as needed to justify product investments and guide decision making.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Own and articulate the product vision and strategy aligned to Castrol objectives.
• Creation and prioritize product roadmap and backlog using data, customer insights, and commercial impact.
• Ensure timely, high- quality product releases and post- launch support.
• Monitor performance through defined KPIs and continuously optimize the product.
• Lead product performance reviews with business stakeholders and communicate progress to leadership and stakeholders.
