Mô tả công việc

Sales & Marketing Strategy Development
• Develop and maintain good relationships with corporate partners for corporate training opportunities and further collaboration. Reach out to new clients for increment of corporate training contracts and revenue.
• Identify new market opportunities, customers’ demand and develop plans to capitalize on them.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies and budget to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
Marketing Campaigns and Promotions
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
• Create compelling content for various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns to promote college programs and services.
Lead Generation and Conversion
• Nurture leads through effective communication and follow- up to convert them into enrollments or partnerships.
• Work closely with sales staff to ensure smooth transition from lead to enrollment.
• Develop lead generation strategies to attract prospective students and corporate clients.
Market Research and Analysis
• Conduct periodical market research to identify target demographics, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Analyze data and insights to make informed decisions and recommendations.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Develop and execute customer retention strategies to foster long- term relationships and loyalty.
• Implement and maintain a CRM system to manage customer interactions and data.
• Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to continuously improve products and services.
Team Management and Leadership
• Foster a collaborative and high- performance culture within the sales and marketing department.
• Set performance targets, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales and marketing team members.
Additional Requirements
• When you are assigned to work on a project, the Project Leader is your supervisor and you will report to the person. An appraisal will also be carried out by the Project Leader on your performance.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Proven experience (3+ years) in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector.
• Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master&039;s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM software, marketing analytics tools, and digital marketing platforms.
• Strategic thinker with a results- driven mindset and a passion for innovation.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and channels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of building and managing high- performing teams.
