Digital Marketing Specialist (Google Ads)

Pancake.vn is looking for a performance- driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and optimize advertising efforts across Google Ads, Youtube, Native platforms (e.g., MGID, Taboola), and LinkedIn Ads.
If you&039;re a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for driving measurable results, we’d love to hear from you.
You will be responsible for managing full- funnel paid campaigns and organic marketing campaigns that support business growth, customer acquisition, and lead generation for our product suite across Southeast Asia.
Scope of work as below:
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Identify audience segments and tailor campaigns accordingly (with ICP suggestion).
Develop and execute digital advertising strategies aligned with business objectives.
Develop Organic Marketing content and techniques on these channels to boost virality and growth
Optimization & Performance Management
Monitor campaign performance daily and make data- driven adjustments to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and ROI.
A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
Set up and manage campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), LinkedIn Ads, and Native platforms.
Reporting & Insights
Track KPIs and create regular performance reports with actionable insights
Share learnings and best practices to inform future campaigns.
Collaboration
Work closely with the content, design, and market growth teams to develop ad creatives and copy.
Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and competitor tactics.
Recommend new platforms, tools, or formats for testing.
Align messaging and visuals with the Pancake brand voice and product positioning. Market & Competitor Intelligence

3+ years of hands- on experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads
Basic English communication 550 TOEIC or Equivalent)
Bachelor Degree: Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Equivalent
Proven track record of improving ROI and hitting performance targets.
Solid understanding of customer acquisition funnels and B2B/B2C differences.
Problem- solving skills and proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Campaign Manager, or Looker Studio.
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple campaigns in parallel.
Experience with lead generation or e- commerce funnels is a plus.
