POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Digital and Marketing Executive coordinates with other company&039;s business line leaders to develop marketing and advertising strategies and be involved the entire process, including administrative duties, developing content across all traditional and digital marketing channels of Savills Vietnam.
Work closely with colleagues and company business line leaders within Savills offices in Vietnam to update the company activities and understand the company&039;s business strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Traditional Marketing (40%):
Prepare procedure and document in the execution of marketing campaigns and strategies for business line products, projects, and services.
Manage the production of marketing materials such as posters, flyers, etc.Manage administrative process of the marketing plans.
Liaise with suppliers, internal Business Line Leaders, and designers for smooth implementation of marketing projects.
Work on marketing plans from conceptual stage, planning, execution, management, and evaluation
Work with other departments to determine the demand for the company&039;s products and services and identify potential markets.
Digital Marketing (60%):
Analytics & Conversions
Collect and analyse data from websites, blogs, electronic direct mail (EDM) systems and social media to explore insights, identify issues and opportunities in order to achieve maximum conversions and ROI.
Digital Marketing Channel Management
Manage and optimize the company website, blogs, and social media, including content development, post schedule and timeframe, and directly update content on those channels.
Manage EDM system for all Departments, including content development, editing layout and format and the delivery of EDM.
Research/study the effectiveness of the channels with KPIs for BOD updates and decisions.
Study and propose operational guidelines and process on each DM channel: post timeframes, content, languages, the brand identity issues, forms of content (text, webinar, video, infographics ...).
Energize and create client engaging, SEO aligned content.
SEO strategy and management
Maintain SEO on- page optimization and off- page marketing to promote the company core business, products, and brand assets.
Conduct analysis; develop a SEO roadmap and monitoring to ensure the company&039;s websites are ranked high among keyword search terms relevant to each product.
Update the changes in the SEO industry and identify new trends and practices that help maintain the highest search engine rankings for the company and business units.
Lead generation and management
Support the development of lead nurturing program and lead management workflow for business growth and expansion.
Conduct analysis, database collection and lead generation from the website, blogs, social media, etc.
Support the development of roadmap for database collection and lead generation from all digital channels.
Manage re- marketing campaigns to converse the website and blogs traffic to lead database.
