[Dĩ An] Logistics Officer

* Working time: 08:00- 17:00 from Monday to Saturday
* Working location: Warehouse No. 6, TBS Logistics, Tan Van Ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province.
Responsibilities
Daily Operations

Manage inbound tasks:
Check warehouse capacity, arrange bookings for customers.
Handle issues related to damaged/dirty containers; send abnormal reports to customers.
Verify PO/ASN and coordinate with relevant parties for missing items.
Track and reconcile stock between WMS, customs, and customer systems.
Validate CI/PL drafts, confirm with factory and broker, submit and print for approval.
Prepare inbound documents and tally sheets before unloading.
Manage outbound tasks:
Send packing reports to customers (shortage/overage/damage).
Process pick tickets, run waves for packing and picking.
Track booking releases and packing lists for forwarders.
Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and customers.
Update system keys for outbound documentation.
Plan transportation and update outbound information in master/trucking plans.

Documentation & Reporting

Collect and store operational documents.
Report system/data issues and follow supervisor instructions for resolution.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Respond to customer feedback with supervisor support.

Requirements:

A customer- oriented mindset is essential.
Strong communication skills with the ability to express ideas confidently.
A collaborative team player who works well with others to achieve shared goals.
Minimum 1 year in warehouse or general planning; logistics/warehousing experience preferred (3 PL)
Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
Demonstrates responsibility, independence, and attention to detail.
Bachelor degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Proficient in English (communication & written).
