Job Description
Participate in an on- call rotation for occasional after- hours or weekend support to address urgent issues and perform scheduled maintenance.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for systems and procedures.
Perform maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting for our multi- office network system.
Assist in the setup, maintenance, and monitoring of cloud- based systems and applications, with on- the- job training to grow into a DevOps role.
Provide high- quality technical support to end- users, focusing on delivering an excellent customer experience.
Set up, configure, audit, and troubleshoot employee computers and devices across Windows, Linux, and macOS platforms.
Monitor, audit, and help enforce company- wide security standards in compliance with ISO 27001.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
A college diploma or university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience:
0- 2 years of experience in an IT support or system administrator role. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
Technical Proficiency:
Basic knowledge of networking principles and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
Solid understanding of computer hardware and software.
Professional Competencies:
Strong problem- solving and troubleshooting skills.
Reliable and willing to be on- call for infrequent night/weekend duties.
Excellent customer service mindset with a focus on improving user experience.
Willingness to learn new technologies and take on new responsibilities, particularly in DevOps.
Meticulous, careful, and attentive to detail.
Basic English reading skills for understanding technical documents and communications.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience setting up or managing a Mobile Device Management (MDM) system (e.g., Jamf, Microsoft Intune) or a configuration management system (e.g., Ansible, Puppet).
Hands- on experience with DrayTek networking equipment.
A demonstrable passion for technology and a strong desire to potentially grow into development (Dev or DevOps) roles in the future.
