DevOps Internship

Job Description:
The DevOps internship is part of an agile development team building and working on enterprise software applications. The Dev Ops Engineer will be involved in all areas of system management from environment setup to production deployment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the DevOps Engineer include:

Actively participate in design meetings with the development team.
Adhering to high- quality development principles while delivering solutions on- time and onbudget.
Design and develop secure cloud system architectures in accordance with established standards.
Working with an agile team to setup and configure cloud- based environments.
Analysing and resolving technical and application problems.
Package and support deployment of releases.

Desired Skills & Experience:
Minimum Requirements

Knowledge of cloud architecture concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
Knowledge of System Security Concepts (PenTest, Vulnerability analysis)
Familiarity with version control concepts (Git)
Basic knowledge of computer networking.
Knowledge of container, container orchestration system (Docker Swarm, Kubernetes)
Senior student or graduated university with major related to Information Technology.
Strong desire to expand knowledge in modern cloud architectures
Knowledge of linux scripting

Preferred Technical Skills

Strong programming skill is a big plus.
Strong knowledge in security compliance (e.g PCI- DSS)
Experience with container, able to build and debug docker image for various programming language.
Securing Web applications (Reverse proxies, firewalls, e.g. Couldflare etc.)
Experience with IaaS/PaaS/SaaS development environments (e.g. Amazon AWS)
