Development & Automation

Solid understanding of YAML for pipeline and configuration definitions
Skilled in PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration tasks
Experience with NuGet package management and dependency control

System Administration & Configuration

Basic server configuration, including proxies and environment variables
Familiar with network configuration, permissions, and infrastructure maintenance
Hands- on experience with server agent setup and management
Strong system administration background across Windows and Azure environments

Azure DevOps – Build and Release Pipelines

Handling artifacts, versioning, and package publishing (NuGet, npm, etc.)
Integrating code repositories (Git, GitHub, Azure Repos) into pipelines
Using PowerShell and Azure CLI for deployment automation
Managing build agents, pools, and self- hosted runners
Implementing multi- stage release pipelines with approval workflows and deployment gates
Applying branching strategies, quality gates, and build policies
Building YAML- based pipelines with reusable templates and variable groups
Integrating testing frameworks for automated validation during builds
Creating and managing CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
Managing Azure environments, App Services, and deployment slots
Monitoring and troubleshooting build and release pipelines effectively

Communication & Collaboration

Effective cross- team collaboration between developers, testers, and operations
Strong English communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have

Proficient in C, .NET, and WPF for solution development
Broader understanding of Azure DevOps Pipelines and release management best practices
