What You’ll Own
Lead our migration to scalable AWS and Hetzner infra and make the big calls along the way
Bake SOC- 2 aligned practices into the foundation—not bolted on later
Shape infrastructure patterns that speed up developer productivity
Build monitoring that feels invisible (because it just works)
Define GitOps- style CI/CD pipelines that become second nature to the team
We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our multi- cloud infrastructure across AWS and Hetzner.You’ll ensure scalability, security, and cost efficiency as we expand globally.
Write documentation so clear it sets the gold standard

Key ResponsibilitiesOptimize cloud costs (tagging, budgets, Hetzner vs AWS FinOps).
Provision and manage Hetzner Cloud servers (CX/CPX, firewalls, VLANs, backups).
Manage and automate AWS (EC2, Fargate, ECS, RDS, CloudWatch, WAF, CloudFront, Route 53, Secrets Manager).
Support developers on deployment issues and environment stability.
Implement and monitor CI/CD pipelines (GitLab runners, Docker builds, deployments).
Participate in automation and continuous- improvement initiatives.
Build and maintain Terraform IaC for all environments (dev/staging/prod).
Enforce security best practices (VPC design, IAM policies, least privilege, backups, DR).
Configure observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, CloudWatch alerts).
