The Core Job
Got It Inc. is seeking an outstanding DevOps Engineer to join our talented team in building groundbreaking products, such as MathGPT- An AI Assistant for Professors and a Tutor for their Students. You’ll work directly with the founder and a world- class team of technology industry veterans to build the next generation of the Got It platform, handling a massive number of real- time learning sessions in multiple subjects.

Responsible for capacity planning, monitoring service KPIs and enforcing SLAs.
Operate as the primary point of contact for production incident response and perform root cause analysis.
Build tools and solutions that will drive continuous improvement around monitoring, performance, reliability, availability & scalability of our infrastructure.
Optimize for security, performance, and cost
Build and deploy the Got It platform on AWS cloud infrastructure.

Experience debugging system, networking and security issues on large- scale distributed systems.
Experience automating tasks with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, and JavaScript.
Experience in Linux/UNIX administration, configuration, networking infrastructure and security.
Ability to maintain, monitor and optimize production database servers.
Deep understanding and experience with AWS services (VPC, EC2, ELB, RDS, CloudFront, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, S3, etc).
Experience with automation, configuration management and CD (like Terraform and Ansible)
At least 02 years of experience as a DevOps/SRE Engineer.
Experience working in an operational environment with strict SLAs and managed incident response and disaster recovery strategies.
Deep understanding of service metrics through the development of dashboards, service KPIs, monitoring and alarming systems.
