DevOps

• CI/CD Automation: Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline development workflows and automate deployment processes, reducing time to production.
• Collaboration: Provide support to development teams in application deployment, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to system environments. Engage in cross- functional collaboration to improve development and operations practices
• Infrastructure Management: Deploy and manage services across multiple environments (dev, staging, production), ensuring optimal performance, high availability, and smooth operations in on- premises environments.
• System Architecture: Collaborate in the design and analysis of system architecture, ensuring adherence to best practices for security, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Monitoring & Alerting: Develop and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to track system performance, detect anomalies, and respond to incidents proactively.
• Release Management: Package, document, and coordinate the delivery of new releases across customer environments, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing downtime.
• Security & Compliance: Integrate security testing tools and proactively address vulnerabilities (e.g., CVE) to maintain system integrity and ensure compliance with security best practices.
• Backup & Recovery: Optimize system uptime, manage backup processes, and implement data recovery plans to ensure business continuity and high availability.

• Monitoring & Logging: Experience configuring and managing monitoring systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of development and operations integration, specifically in on- premises environments.
• Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work with cross- functional teams
• Scripting & Automation: Proficiency in shell scripting, Python, or similar programming languages; strong automation mindset.
• Containerization & Orchestration: Hands- on experience with Docker and Kubernetes; familiarity with Helm is a plus.
• CI/CD Tools: Experience designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, Jenkins, or other equivalent tools.
• Security Focus: Understanding of security best practices and the ability to integrate security testing tools into the development lifecycle.
• System Optimization: Strong problem- solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze and optimize system performance.
