Take responsibility for the visual representation of product communication through each marketing campaign of the company.
Prioritize and manage multiple projects based on design specifications and alignment with business strategy.
Edit and post- process images, and edit videos for product videos, viral videos, event coverage, product review clips, and company activities.
Collaborate with other members of the Marketing department to plan ideas, concepts, and scripts for photo shoots and video productions.
Develop and manage the company&039;s brand identity system.
Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
Design printed materials (flyers, brochures, posters, banners, etc.) as well as items for events and celebrations (backdrops, invitations, standees, signage, etc.).
Conduct photography and video shoots for brand and product promotion.
Design digital marketing materials across various channels (websites, Facebook, YouTube) such as flash banners, pop- ups, email templates, and website/application interfaces.
Collaborate with sales and marketing team members to execute communication tasks and business strategies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position, with experience in the beauty industry being advantageous.
Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, etc.

Possesses keen aesthetic sensibilities from details to overall design.
Proficient in using various filming equipment including HD cameras, DSLRs, and mobile phone gimbal tools.
