Design Manager - Real Estate Development

- Design and Design Project Management
Identify, select, and collaborate with related operators
Manage and archive all design documents systematically
Looking for, evaluate, and propose design and construction consultants
Develop preliminary design concepts to evaluate investment efficiency
Provide design documentation to support legal
Draft and manage design consultancy contracts and ensure quality compliance
Monitor and control design progress and quality at each project stage
Coordinate to resolve issues arising during design and construction
Participate in M&A activities for construction investment projects
Conduct surveys and prepare construction investment projects.
- Coordination and Communication
Collaborate with relevant departments during project implementation
Prepare periodic reports
Coordinate and liaise with partners and associated entities
Manage and coordinate design consultants throughout all project stages
Work with government authorities regarding design and planning documentation
- Planning and Strategy
Research, innovate, and propose new design trends and solutions
Contribute to establishing strategic objectives for the Design Department
Develop internal plans, procedures, and standards
- Human Resources Management and Team Development as needed

- Good communication in English
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and execution techniques
- Knowledge of the real estate market and design trends.
- Able to organize and control work, leadership, communication skill, problem solving skill
- At least 5 years of experience in design management at Real estate companies
- Can use Power Point, MS Office and industry- standard design software
- Have a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Urban Planning, or related fields
- Able to work independently, work under pressure, enthusiastic and committed to work, patient, always have the spirit to support other departments
- Ability to ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and project brand guidelines
