Design Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide good DAX, data modelling and basic M (Power Query Editor) capability.
Oversee Power BI platform, gateways & administration support and expertise.
Collaborate closely with relevant internal and external teams to fulfil and improve design solutions.
To implement designs, including:

Brand collaterals according to brand guidelines.
To perform other duties as assigned by the board of directors.
Graphics (themes, presentation layouts, publication reports, sales kits, backdrops, etc.).
To manage and take responsibility for a variety of fine arts and design creations with relevant departments, the board of directors.
Photography, videos production / editing & Matterport 3D.
Web collaterals & UI (banners, pop ups, web / landing page design…).

REQUIREMENTS:

Good at English.
Proficiency in graphics software: Adobe Illustrator (AI), InDesign, Photoshop. Deep knowledge of the latest design tools & platforms incorporating AI.
Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas.
Bachelor&039;s degree or higher, preferably in fine arts, industrial arts, or a related field.
Knowledge of advertising and online marketing (advertising, digital media/marketing).
Candidates with experience in designing products for the Real Estate industry are preferred.
