• Our portfolio for our customers includes the following services: automated and manual invoice verification, performance and quality monitoring, comparisons of products and services, digitization of your invoices and cost allocation based on the polluter pays.
• Your tasks:
- Set strategic goals for each employee, organize training and lead the team to achieve short and long term goals.
- Deputy management and administration of the representative office (later possibly management).
- Control, organize and plan the new operational processes to the German and European locations.
Identify development and change opportunities.
- Hiring staff, including interviews, salary negotiations, and feedback meetings with employees
- Support the local German Managing Director in the necessary areas of setting up the site and building a young dynamic and successful team.

Requirements for the position:
• 1. Education, Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, shipping companies or related disciplines
- University degree or university degree with a focus on: logistics, business administration, import- export or related disciplines
• 2. Skills and competencies
- Confident demeanor, high sense of responsibility, negotiating skills and assertiveness
- You are looking for a long- term position in a new young team
- Confident handling of office computers (Excel, Word, Powerpoint and e- mail...)
- At least 1 year of management experience
- Enthusiasm, dedication to work and willingness to work in a new team
- Knowledge of quality management and process management
- Good soft skills in working with people (communication, ability to work in a team)
