We are looking for a Deputy L&D Manager who has strong passion in helping people learn and grow with lifelong learning mindset and know- how to initiate, build, develop, implement, managing all L&D projects with competency framework, optimizing budgets, tailoring training courses, building best practice in HR policies to encourage focused and effective development for our people.
Key responsibilities:
Identify training needs, develop & propose annual L&D plans.
Initiate and develop internal training programs and policies as building blocks for ACFC Academy in the future.
Design, develop and manage training programs, training calendar, training budget to meet company’s objectives and individual development plan (IDP)
Build the capacity framework for employees
Set up and develop training database and competence records, building learning management system.
In partnership with Brand team to centralize training activities between Store training and soft- skills training (Back Office) in accordance with leadership and succession training to leverage people capability.
Undertake any other duties/ projects as assigned by Line Manager.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making continuous improvement in L&D activities.
Create ideas and initiate internal activities to enhance company culture via vision, mission, core values, internal communication, employee engagement, boosting working efficiency.
Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
Facilitate and align with Business Units and other Departments to build competency framework, enhance performance appraisal by proposing improvement plans.
Participate in organizational development, building learning environment & lifelong learning culture in the company.
Host Orientation training program and deliver some other soft skills training sessions upon request.
Take part in succession planning project and develop tailor- made training programs for potential leaders and future successors accordingly.
