Main Responsibilities
The Deputy ITBP Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining the continuous operation of the current SAP system. This role also involves overseeing and executing specific enhancement projects, such as SAP integration with other systems, Projects related Human resources for salary or timesheet calculation, etc. . Key responsibilities include planning system maintenance and upgrades, coordinating with external partners and internal departments, handling incidents, and providing user support to ensure uninterrupted company operations. Regular reporting on system operations, incidents, and upgrades to leadership is an essential part of this position.
Key DutiesSupervise, support, and foster development within the internal team.
Monitor progress, ensure quality control, and address issues during upgrade activities.
Prepare monthly reports and arrange internal meetings to report the progress and resolution of requests from the Jira system.
Analyze risks during operations and propose appropriate solutions.
Prepare documentation and present budget proposals for enhancement projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain upgrade timelines and quality standards.
Allocate and coordinate personnel based on the needs of each project phase.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports, and organize meetings to communicate progress and results of enhancement projects.
Develop comprehensive plans for specific enhancement or new projects.

Professional RequirementsKnowledge of HR such as salary, timesheets are a plus
Skills in coordinating system upgrades and maintenance activities.
Strong presentation and reporting skills in English.
Competence in managing mini- projects and conducting business analysis.
Experience in operating and maintaining HR projects, SAP or ERP systems.
Proficient problem- solving and analytical thinking abilities.
Effective communication, presentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Capability to support, train, and share knowledge with team members.
Strong team spirit, proactive collaboration, and frequent information sharing.
Ability to organize scientific work with good prioritization and systematic arrangement.
