The major role & responsibilities includes:
Organizing and managing all phases of the project, coordinate with the team and vendor to solve issues to ensure project process on track.
Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members&039; individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long- term goals.
Analyze and clarify requirements, design documents and project process, support the processes in developing features of websites/ software to automate or improve existing systems/procedures.
Guiding and performing strategic analysis for the project, recommend potential business solution(s) for the specified business requirements. Determine system change requirements and impact and take part in designing stages and implementing projects.
Other duties as and when assigned by Supervisors.
Developing project plans, goals, and budgets; identifying resources needed. Manage schedule, resource and quality of system implementation project or system development.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Gather and document business requirements according to company standards. Preparing requests for proposals and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products.
Presenting system proposal, idea for system improvement and system enhancementWorking closely with IT development team and vendor in analyst, designer and supervisor to resolve business requirements/issues.
Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.

Strong understanding of software development processes required.
Excellent in using Microsoft Office. Experience in programming/software development is an advantage
Experience in supply chain and operation processes, Supply Chain Solutions (Procurement, Transportation, Warehouse, Logistics,…)
Excellent interpersonal, team work and communications skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
Knowledge of Supply Chain, Factory (FMCG) processes is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and business mindset, well- organized. Good at Project Management and customer service skills.
At least 3 years’ experience in system implementation or system integration. At least 2 years as Project Management experience or equivalent experience. PMP certificate is a plus
Good communication skills in English.

1. Probation: 2 months with 85% basic salary
2. Working time: Mon to Fri ( 8:00AM – 5:00PM)
3. Working venue: Floor 12, Royal Tower, 235 Nguyen Van Cu Street, District 1, HCMC
4. Annual Leave: 12 days
