OBJECTIVES
Manage operations related to capital support and general accounting
Advise BOD on the development and implementation of financial mechanisms and policies, and financial supervision in the company.
Organize, manage, guide and implement accounting, planning, reporting the financial position, and accounting regimes throughout the company inaccordance with the Law and the Company&039;s management requirements.
MAIN MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Organize and direct the accounting apparatus:
Build accounting procedures and policies
Build regulations on document control rotation
Review and update policies to ensure accounting policies are consistent with regulations and standards
Build an accounting system to support business activities and comply with legal regulations
Maintain and develop the system of accounting books with descriptions and reports on the data warehouse
Direct and control accounting work:
Payment/advance of internal expenditure transactions, payment to suppliers, payment of commissions to partners...
Monitoring internal expenditures to ensure approved expenditure plans
Management of receivables and payables
Regularly update legal documents, new knowledge on banking finance and accounting
Advanced training on financial management
Direct and control the implementation of tax reporting and tax- related procedures
Manage assets, tools and equipment in terms of value, calculate and account for allocation/depreciation according to regulations of the Ministry of Finance Participate in periodic inventory of fixed assets, tools and equipment according to regulations
Prepare and present financial statements according to the regulations of the State Bank.
Perform other tasks assigned by the direct manager (participate in union activities, mobilize and support personnel) in accordance with capacity and scope of work
Comply with regulations, processes and rules related to work performed and take responsibility for errors and risks caused by incorrect performance by individuals
