Demand Planner

Demand Planning:

Work with sales and Marketing on the stock clearance for near expiry stock and slow moving stock
Daily tracking sales trend to adjust demand and work with supply team to revise the materials purchase & production schedule properly
Work with sales and marketing team to add in/adjust the promotion, adhoc promotion on time then cooperate with supply planning to have stock as expectation
To lead the monthly S&OP meeting, work with Marketing and Sales Operation to analysis datas and demand forecast
Set up the safety stock to avoid OOS as well as sufficient stock to intransit to the North
Daily Analysis sell in/sell out/orders/shipments/ATP data to work with supply team advace the production to meet demand
Balance and allocate sales demand among depots
Track the low/OOS report and the replenishment date to sales & Marketing team
Work with supply planning team on the demand and follow up the supply to have the goods availability for sales on time

Stock allocation

Check on stock at VSIP & Production Plan to make decision on how much stock to transfer to the North
Daily analysis the stock at depots to allocate properly
Work with sales & Marketing on the promotion to aglign the stock level at North for schems

Honest, agile, good communication, enthusiastic
Proficiency in Excel
Good planning and time management skills
Willing to learn and can- do attitude
Min 3- year experience on planning
Maintain job effectiveness under high pressure
College or University Degree in BA, External Economic or relevant majors
Good at maths is an advance
