Debt Collection Staff

Ø Negotiating payment plans with dealers.
Ø Follow up with dealers on all outstanding payment.
Ø To report and propose the proper solutions and to improve credit process and risk management.
Ø Good knowledge on the Collective Labour Agreement, company regulations and maintain secrecy on issues related to MPS
Ø Undertake other tasks assigned by Head of Finance.
Ø Contact the dealers directly to discuss on the payment issues and seek the confirmation on debt collection directly from the dealers.
Ø Make weekly/monthly/quarterly reports or unscheduled reports to managers as requested.
Ø Support for invoicing tasks

Ø English communication
Ø Experience: At least 2 years experience of debt collection
ØSkills: Good at SAP software & MS Office skills.(VBA, SQL preferred)
Ø Knowledge and education level:University graduate of Financial & accounting
