Data Management - Logistics

Working time: Monday- Friday (8.00 AM- 5.48 PM) Willing to OT on week and weekend
Work Location: Pham Van Bach Street, Cau Giay, Ha Noi
- Salary range: 7- 8 mil gross per month (basic) + Meal allowance 910.000 VNĐ with Full social insurance + Annual Leave
JD

Support drafting materials in relation to data management
Understand the basic flow of current FIS outbound/inbound operation, govern data management tasks partly
Data input to in- house logistics system(FIS/VMS, etc) in order to secure timely and accurate tracking data management
Tracking data input to the Cello system (FIS/VMS)
Operation job is conducted based on standard operation process(SOP) and logistics IT system (in- house developed system including FIS/VMS)
Daily check and update of tracking data
Communication with other branches operators (within Vietnam and overseas, if any)
Air, Sea, inbound, and outbound tracking data/info search in the carrier&039;s system
Other jobs assigned by Group Leader
Provide supportive data and information
Follow up and conduct relevant jobs: system input, tracking data management, info/data verification
Communication and co- work with branch level (operators)
Report to the group leader if any issue(technical, operational) occurs
Regular & spot report to Group Leader, if any

Yêu cầu:

Bachelor.
Fresh Graduate Student is accepted
Intermediate skills in English (Written, Speaking, Reading)
Proactive, creative, problem- solving, and analytic skills
Able to work under high pressure and frequent OT
Experience in logistics preferred (but not necessary),
Proficiency in computer and MS Office
