As a Data Architect, you will use your expertise to research, propose, consult, and implement technological solutions, plan and optimize requirements, and develop architecture for data systems (Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Data Integration...), administrative service platforms, and analytics environments across VPBank and its ecosystem.
Our vision is to transform VPB into a data- led organization by providing the data platform and data products to enable consistent analysis, reporting, and querying of information for timely decision- making using standardized Enterprise Data & Analytics capabilities; fostering a data- and analytics- driven culture at VPB through stable and flexible architecture that supports structured, semi- structured, and unstructured data & tools; and meeting future regulatory, strategic, and operational data management requirements by enhancing the current data management capabilities.
Main responsibilities
Directly support in completing the following tasks:
Develop action plans related to data architecture and strategic initiatives.
Build and approve operating procedures and technical documentation for data reporting service products.
Take on the main role in executing:
Propose target data architectures for specific requirements (CR/Projects) at the logical/physical design phase.
Coordinate with internal EDA teams and relevant units during the implementation of data- related initiatives (deployment phase).
Indirectly support in completing the following tasks:
Establish quality control mechanisms and monitor task execution results.
Regularly or ad- hoc consult with leadership on data technology trends to recommend suitable solutions.
Propose target data architecture standards for VPBank at the conceptual design phase.
Measure and continuously improve team processes and labor productivity.
Fulfill the role of the main lead in the execution of:
Build, assign, and manage the team responsible for executing data architecture initiatives.
Implement specific projects as directed by the leadership team.
