About the Role:
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic initiatives. You will collaborate with cross- functional teams to identify business needs, develop analytical frameworks, and deliver comprehensive reports and dashboards. Your expertise in data analysis, statistical methods, and visualization tools will be essential in guiding data- informed decision- making across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Interpretation:
Utilize statistical techniques to interpret data and provide meaningful insights to stakeholders.
Conduct in- depth analysis of complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
Reporting & Visualization:
Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to track product performance and trends.
Create comprehensive reports that communicate findings to both technical and non- technical stakeholders.
Collaboration & Communication:
Collaborate with multiple departments to provide appropriate analytical solutions.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Work closely with business units to understand their data needs and develop analytical solutions that support their objectives.
Data Management & Quality Assurance:
Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to optimize data collection, storage, and retrieval processes.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy by developing and implementing data validation processes.
Mentorship & Leadership:
Lead data analysis team, orient and train team members.
Mentor junior analysts in data analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Lead data analysis projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in data analysis workflows.
Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
Experience:
6+ years of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights in a business context.
Experience in a senior or lead analyst role is highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of Python, R and ETL tools (Extract, Transform, Load) is an advantage.
Proficiency in using tools such as Looker, Metabase, Power BI, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
Knowledge of statistical analysis methods and tools.

Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent problem- solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data concepts to non- technical audiences.
