Data Analyst/BI Developer

Be a trusted advisor to Business Partners across the organization to propose new ideas- execute the ideas to help business to achieve the overall goal.
Identify areas of data innovation and process.
Develop and deliver action- oriented, insightful analytics presentations that provide actionable information to support stakeholder&039;s decision- making.
Work with middle- size teams of experts to design and build data products like reports, dashboards and presenting key datasets to enable businesses to monitor performance and prioritize their efforts efficiently and effectively.
Drive self- service business intelligence by empowering users to adopt existing BI tools (Oracle Analytics Server, Google looker, Power BI...) by improving the data landscape and educating users behaviors.
Contribute to the long- term data roadmap for Business Intelligence&039;s strategy such as establishing a single source of truth, standard analysis, descriptive, predictive analytics models to find trends and sales performance.
Understand business requirements, analyze large data sets for patterns, visualize results in dashboards. Develop data mart solutions, improve efficiency by automating manual processes and become subject matter experts.

Python is preferable
Has knowledge about business processes, standard operating procedures of a bank is a plus.
Have a good understanding of the data warehouse, data mart, data modelling concept.
Nice to have some experience with advanced data analysis using Machine Learning.
Display commitment to excellence in craftsmanship, ongoing improvement and team success.
Proficient use of T- SQL/ PL- SQL.
Effective communication, problem- solving skills.
2+ Years&039; experiences as Data analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst/Developer or Analytics Engineer.
Excellent data visualization, presentation skills, working with one or more BI platforms. Preferable BI tools such as: OAS (Oracle Analytics Server), Power BI, Google data studio...
