Data Analysis Specialist - Data Analyst

Regular monitoring of the effectiveness of the implemented tools.
Analyse and evaluate collected data and provide any improvement initiatives to support the production effectively
Other ad- hoc tasks/requirements upon request
Secure the data which was used for analysis in the proper data warehouse and keep it on availability
Work closely with the factory team to build up reports based on requirements and incorporate data- led decision- making.
Provide support as required to ensure the availability and performance of developed reports and dashboards for all users. And give recommendations for additional data collection to improve the quality of analyses.
Regular monitoring of the effectiveness of the implemented tools.
Timeline and accuracy of reports to be maintained all the time.
Extracts data from various systems, and builds ETL (extract, clean, transform, load) jobs to centralize all data, including working with various internal departments’ data.
Participate with an expert team to convert legacy reports to BI solutions or central reporting systems.
Prepare analytical reports based on operational data and communicate key insights and findings to the factory team- Enhance reporting outputs and data visualization.
Participating in production daily meetings, taking notes on gaps/issues from plan to execution for daily report

Hard Skills:
• 2- 3 Years’ Experience in Any Management Reporting Office / Factory / Data Analysis/ Operation Control
• Strong Analytical skills (ability to research, compile, analyse & interpret data), with keen attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (In English preferred)
• Good at database, and spreadsheet calculation, advanced skill in Microsoft Excel. And Experience in Microsoft tools (SharePoint, One Drive and BI) is preferable
• Bachelor&039;s degree in Technology (or equivalent) or in any major but must be tech- savvy
