Da Nang Branch Manager

Overall management & business development in Da Nang and Quy Nhon including:1. Be responsible for overall Da Nang and Quy Nhon performance2. Manage individual & team performance to meet the KPI3. Train, motivate & oversee the team to enhance their working efficiency with adaption to the company’s core values & cultures4. Assign jobs to team members, settle their workload, job functions & do staff evaluation5. Visit, develop and maintain relationship with customers, terminals, depots and concerned parties6. Create sales plans and execute the sales strategies7. Coordinate with Quy Nhon Agent to develop business in Quy Nhon8. Analyze the real- time and past data to improve performance level9. Study & update the market situation to devise good suggestions for the business10. Liaise with Regional Head Office in Singapore, Head office in Korea & other overseas offices for business development11. Regularly review and evaluate the vendors & Quy Nhon Agent to save cost and optimize the business12. Serve as the face of Da Nang branch organization to internal and external partners13. Report to Trade Managers & Management in HCM city

- Gender: Male- Age: Under 45- University Degree, majoring in Sales & Marketing, Foreign Trade, Sea Transportation, International Business, Business Administration, Economics or English- Good verbal & written communication in English & Vietnamese- Working Experience/ Professional requirement:• At least 3 years working experience for Sales Manager in shipping and logistics companies.• Have good knowledge of shipping business, import and export.• Deeply understand about Da Nang / Quy Nhon market.- Good skill of presentation, negotiation, problem solving & customer service.- Characteristics of responsibility, dynamism, open personality, empathy, persistence, optimism & sociability- Good at computer skill: Email, Powerpoint, MS Excel, MS Word
