As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, inspecting, cleansing, transforming, and modeling data with the goal of discovering useful information (finding meaningful facts and trends relevant to an outcome of interest), informing conclusions (making sense of complex concepts) and supporting decision- making.
Main responsibilities:

Train and coach analysis staff on business knowledge and analytical skills.
Evaluate program effectiveness and provide recommendations for subsequent programs.
Calculate the results of incentive programs (KPIs/Incentive; sales promotion, partner commissions, customer marketing) to support the BU in their sales growth strategies.
Participate in bank & Corporate Division projects as a data analyst to grasp strategic business issues.
Analyze sales program scenarios and provide consultation on suitable sales scenarios that align with the business unit’s financial objects and budget for each period.
Perform other tasks as assigned by upper management.
Participate in EDA projects to modernize BI tools, payment tools, and cloud projects to contribute to the success of the project.
Proactively discuss with managers of the Corporate Division to catch up on business problems and provide insights in a timely manner.
Data collection & calculation: Responsible for collecting data and coordinating with the relevant parties to calculate program results on a regular basis. This ensures that those eligible for incentives understand their performance, creating motivation to achieve individual/team goals. Program effectiveness analysis and recommendations: Conduct analyses to provide insights and evaluate program effectiveness for issuing units. Based on these evaluations, assist program management in making appropriate adjustments during program implementation, helping the program achieve its financial objectives.

We are looking for candidates with:

Ability to analyze, manage time, and think logically.
University degree in economics / banking / finance / IT / AI- ML or relevant majors.
Reporting & analytics skills using multiple tools (e.g., Excel, BI tools, Python, R).
Proficiency in data management tools (e.g., SQL, Cloud skills).
A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing reporting and analysis systems for banking domain, with a preference for direct experience in the Corporate Banking segment.
Creative problem- solving skills.
Knowledge of data systems, Business Intelligence systems.
Proficiency in calculating KPIs, incentive programs, and sales promotions is a strong asset.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
