Customs Supervisor (Giám Sát Bộ Phận Xuất Nhập Khẩu)

Other tasks are required by Manager.
Declare Import- export shipment in KNQM system, VNACCS
Manager the customs staffs, specialist
Process the involved SOP’s, look at workflow for each person within the department and find way to make everyone more efficient relative to what needs to be accomplished on day to day basis.
Support relevant department to advise import information and process.
Handle customs affairs, attend the policy report meeting build by customs office , propagandize new customs laws and regulation to related people in the company properly.
Follow delivery plan, check shipping document.
Monitor the activities of company business with customs regulations and changes on customs laws.
Work and control forwarder, trucking service to ensure they have to deliver on time, meet company requirement
Coordinate the internal audit for customs procedure
Apply correct HS code for material, spare part and machines.
Update Customs regulation, inspection policy for import shipments.
Make import – export report, Statistical report, Customs KPI, VTO …
Computerize the handbook management. Alert management when customs handbook balance and physical inventory has un- explained variance.
Cross check import information between CDF, system and actual warehouse receiving.
Good communicate, build strong relationships with others.
Cost reduction in field

Oversee all scarp disposal in terms of compliance with customs authority
Support team member to solve and fix any issues.
Regularly, update new law, regulation, circular related Customs activities.
Training customs procedure for new members.

EducationGraduated in University, College (Import- export is advantage)ExperienceAt least 8 years of relevant experiences in import export department of garment, shoes, bag, furniture companies.Knowledge of:Internet, Email, Microsoft office, VNACCS, website of government.Inventory control, Logistics and distributions systemsSkills and AbilitiesGood communication, good negotiation and presentation skills, solving problem and import export working skills.Good leadership skillsMental & Physical demandsGood teamwork spirit, responsibility, self- motivated, patient and comprehensiveClear thoughts, attention to detailGood health
