Job Responsibilities
Value Proposition Development
• Design and refine compelling value propositions tailored to target segments.
• Align propositions with overall business strategy and customer insights.
Communication & Advocacy
• Review and approve all value proposition materials in collaboration with Marketing, Legal, and Product teams.
• Ensure consistent messaging across brand collateral, digital platforms, and customer touchpoints.
Market Analysis & Research
• Leverage customer experience (CX) data and digital performance metrics to inform strategy.
• Conduct in- depth market research and competitive analysis.
Cross- Functional Collaboration: Partner with leaders across branches, digital, call centres, and other business units to ensure cohesive execution.
Business Case Development: Build robust business cases for new initiatives, including cost- benefit analysis and implementation planning.
Performance Measurement
• Define and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of value propositions.
• Adjust strategies based on performance data and market feedback.
Competitive Differentiation
• Monitor the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Leverage existing propositions to enhance market positioning.
Risk Management & Compliance
• Promote ethical decision- making and transparency.
• Ensure all initiatives comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
