Customer Value Analyst

Deep dive in customer data and get insights to understand customers to support business programmes and sales policies:

Other tasks allocated by direct managers.
Build machine learning models such as key driver analysis, churn analysis, etc.
Based on analysis of customer data, provide recommendations to promote sales and improve customer value management.
Conceptualize, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to measure performance of customer segments and business initiatives/ policies.
Identify, analyze and interpret trends and patterns in customer behaviours/ profile.

Good analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
1- 2 years of experience in Data warehouse design and implementation
1- 2 years of experience in Self- service BI (Power BI, Qlik sense)
1- 2 years of experience with programming languages like SQL, R or Python
Good understanding of database design development, data models
University degree in the field of computer science or information systems or in related fields.
