Customer Support Specialist

Consult new parents and carry on the enrollment and orientation process for them
Assist in seminars and events both online and offline
Greet and assist clients (parents and young children) in the institute
Coordinate among the Teaching team, Management team, and Clients
Consolidate business performance reports and forecast weekly and quarterly
Use the Microsoft 365 platform and other apps to communicate in a transparent and accountable manner
Attend to clients&039; communication and maintain trusted relationships with them on all platforms: Phone call, Email, Zalo, Facebook, YouTube, website...

Bachelor&039;s Degree.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Full- Time position, honest, sincere, trust worthy, persuasive.
