Customer Support Collaborator (Ca Sáng/Tối/Đêm)

Participate in regular online training sessions.
Keep customers updated on their requests.
Report common issues to the product team to help improve our apps.
Help customers set up and use BSS Commerce Shopify apps.
Work with the product team to provide excellent customer support
Handle additional tasks as needed (about 10% of your workload).
Communicate technical issues to the development team and create follow- up tasks.

Working hours are from 18:00 to 0:00 or 0:00 to 7:00 or 5:00 to 8:30 AM (Optional weekend shifts).
Strong skills in communication, presentation, and analysis.
Proficient in English with an IELTS score of 7.0 or equivalent.
Prior experience in Shopify customer support, and e- commerce is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus point.
Preferably 20- 25 years old.
Team player with a fast learning ability.

Salary: 60,000 VND/hour, based on actual hours worked.
