• Assist in monitoring content and ensuring compliance with platform guidelines (if applicable)
• Handle inquiries, issues, and complaints with a customer- first mindset
• Identify recurring issues and proactively suggest improvements
• Provide timely and professional support to customers across multiple channels
• Ensure high- quality responses aligned with internal guidelines and standards
• Analyze customer interactions and support data to uncover insights
• Collaborate with cross- functional teams (Operations, QA, Product) to resolve issues
• Support quality assurance activities to maintain and improve service standards

• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Support / Customer Service
• Strong English skills (B2 level or above) – able to read and respond to global users
• Japanese (N2 or above) is a strong advantage
• Open to working on holidays when required
• Detail- oriented with strong problem- solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple requests efficiently
• Basic analytical mindset – comfortable working with data and identifying patterns
• Proficient in Google Workspace / MS Office
• Experience in Content Moderation or QA is a plus
